Automation for Aatmnirbhar Krishi

Abstract

Like any other big farmers, Ramlal was also tired of small and big problems in farming. Despite having good land, plenty of water, good means of transportation, they were facing many issues due to lack of labour. He had almost decided to stop farming or to hand over it to someone and get shied to the city with his elder son. In this regard, Ramlal went to the nearby Krishi Vigyan Kendra to take the next decision as aer discussing it with the experts there. From the discussion, he saw that many facilities of farming are now simplied due to technology, without depending on labours. Of course, all these technologies are more convenient for rich farmers or big land holders, though in the future, when the demand increases, the prices of these services will also decrease and they will come within the reach of common farmers as well.
