Mini tractors are recently gaining popularity as most of the agricultural operations can be performed with lesser expenses, provide solutions to labour non-availability and are generally cost-effective. A study was conducted to measure vibration on different components of a mini tractor at three forward speeds of 4.17 km.h-1, 10.46 km.h-1 and 14.13 km.h-1. The maximum vibration (peak) on farm road was 9.37 m.s-2 at 5-35 Hz to 25.51 m.s-2 at 2.5-5 Hz at seat;5.02 m.s-2 at 912-925 Hz to 8.65 m/s2 at 725-775 Hz at foot rest;2.42 m.s-2 at 92.5-457.5 Hz to 2.96 m.s-2 at 107.5-975 Hz at brake pedal;2.57 m.s-2 at 30-502.5 Hz to 2.78 m.s-2 at 32.5-462.5 Hz at clutch pedal; and 10.90 m.s-2 at 62.5-77.5 Hz to 28.55 m.s-2 at 75-80 Hz at steering under above operating speeds. The vibration on seat increased with forward speed while it decreased at foot rest and steering with increase in forward speed. The effect was non-significant on brake and clutch pedal.
