Abstract

Negligible manufacturing differences among the emitters of drip irrigation can result in large discharge variations. In this reference, 5 different types of emmitters, available in market, were evaluated to determine  the coefficient of manufacturing variation. The turbo type emmitter (4 lph) was found better with lower coefficient of manufacturing variation giving lesser discharge variation.
